The Special Education is the newest department of the faculty. There is only one program which is Mental Retardation Teacher Program in this department. This program has been accepted students since 2002-2003 educational year. After completion of this program, teacher candidates will be eligible to be assigned to work with children with mental retardation at any educational instution.
