Marmara University Atatürk Education Faculty Basic Education Department lecturer Assoc Prof. Dr. Nermin Özcan Özer organized the "Free Education Abroad Opportunities for Youth" conference. The conference was held on April 7 at İbrahim Üzümcü Conference Hall with the participation of European Union Projects Trainer Bahadır Ülgen.

In her opening speech, Dr. Özcan Özer presented a short biography of the speaker and said the following: “Bahadır Ülgen graduated from Classroom Teaching in 2004. He was the first Erasmus student in Turkey. Today, he is our colleague, and he has become a European Union Projects Trainer and a European Voluntary Service volunteer.” Following the opening speech, Bahadır Ülgen explained free education opportunities abroad in detail and answered the questions of the participants. The program ended with the presentation of a plaque of appreciation by Dr. Erol Süzük, an associate dean of Atatürk Education Faculty.
