If you are an active student, you can reach us at aefogrenci@marmara.edu.tr for your questions, problems and suggestions. Our students who request documents will be able to apply with their Student Number, Registered Program, Class Information, Phone Number and ID Photo.
Student Certificates can be obtained via e-Devlet.
Updating the YÖKSİS Information of Our Graduates
Students who graduate from our faculty must send the following information in full to aefarsiv@marmara.edu.tr in order to update their information on the YÖKSİS program.
Name and Surname (Those who change their surname due to marriage etc. must also write down their previous surname.) TR ID number, mobile phone number, Department from which they graduated and Graduation Date and Diploma Number.
Note: We do not respond to sent e-mails. However, those who lack information are contacted via mobile phone or e-mail.
It can be checked via the education system update (https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/yuksekogretim-mezun-belgesi-sorgulama) button using the TR ID number in the e-devlet system where the information is processed into the system.
Updating of information (since archive files are checked) is done within 3 business days at the latest.
