An acquaintance meeting was held on May 9, 2024, in the Dean’s Meeting Room with newly appointed research assistant faculty members at our faculty. The meeting was attended by Dean Prof. Dr. Seyfi Kenan, Vice Deans Assoc. Prof. Dr. Erol Süzük and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özgür K. Doğan, along with Research Assistants Anıl Yurdakul, Arif Bora Kılıç, Aslıhan Doğdu, Aykut Özkan, Bilge Şahin, Cahide Kayış, Emine Altun, Fatma Sevim, Hamit Çalışkan, Hatice Esra Cömert, Havvanur Akyol Kol, Merve Şekerci, Merve Yazoğlu Yılmaz, Semanur Sancılı, Sibel Uyanık, and Yusuf Mert Üstün.

After all participants introduced themselves, Dean Prof. Dr. Seyfi Kenan delivered a welcome speech. In his speech, he shared examples from his own academic experiences with his young colleagues, spoke about the mission, vision, and values of our faculty, and concluded by emphasizing that “A valuable person is the one who adds value to their environment.”

The meeting concluded with listening to the expectations of the new research assistant faculty members.
